Emotional Literacy is the term used to describe the ability to understand and express feelings. Emotional Literacy involves having self-awareness and recognition of one's own feelings and knowing how to manage them. Children with good emotional literacy do better academically and are healthier. In this workshop you will learn how to help children identify and understand their own emotions so that they’re able to respond to their emotions in a healthy manner. We will also look at your own ability to identify and understand your own emotions so that you are better able to regulate yourself and foster emotional literacy in the children. This is a English Workshop. Please do not bring children
