In your child care setting, it is important to be able to express your personal philosophy and approach to education to help parents and families get a picture of who you are as an educator. This workshop will discuss the importance of having a philosophy that reflects your values and beliefs. We will also engage in activities to help us reflect on our own experiences and biases as they relate to our ideas in education.
