The Pasadena Mental Health Advisory Committee brings you...Mental Health Support and Encouragement in the Storm every Tuesday until June 16th.
This web-based meeting is an outreach effort to address the growing needs and emotional experiences as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to create dialogue and provide support to all those impacted by our current health crisis and changes in our Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, and Los Angeles communities.
These groups are an opportunity to assist each other in getting through the storm and overcoming challenges, to be encouraged in the tough times, and to discuss healthy coping and/or share about what we are doing to deal with the strains and stressors, the hardship, and new realities we've endured.
