I am back to end my day My Team Zoom meeting went pretty quick and so I am going to punch out for the day and then I'm going to calculate my covid-19 pay to supplement so that I can equal my 8 hours of pay so I'm going to go to the punch button which is towards the top I see that it says clock out under punch type that's exactly what I want to do so I will hit submit in the top right corner I have punched out I'm going back the menu which was the top left corner and I'm choosing timesheet when I go look at my day I can see that my supervisor did go in and that punch for me so I am no longer missing any punches they took complete this day I'm going to pull down my calculator it'll be different on your phone I start with 8 hours and I'm going to subtract each of the shifts that I work today minus 4.05 -2.5 for lunch - .62 for that final Zoom meeting my covid-19 will be 2.83 so looking at my bottom day today's work day I see the 4.05 from my first part of my day my half-hour lunch and my .62 for my final session of the I'm going to go up into the top right corner and touch the button that says add and remember I'm adding May 30th I started the top line where is pay type on the road that says pay type on the right I touch the arrow I choose covid-19 I scrolled down the labor level that's just my allocation code the date is today cuz I'm doing it on time so I don't need to make an adjustment to the date the next line that says duration I go to the arrow at the right and I change the hours that I'm requesting for covid-19 to two point 83 I hit stayed because if I don't hit save and submit it's like it didn't happen I don't need to add a note there's nothing that I need to have my supervisor change in my timesheet so I hit knit in the top corner can I scroll down and look and now I can see that May 30th is complete at 8 hours if I add all of the parts I will add up to eight just to make sure my week is correct I check each day to make sure I have my five dates they add up and I am done with my week
