Virtual/ZOOM English "Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention" with CCRC

Child Care Resource Center will be hosting Virtual /ZOOM trainings.

In this training participants will:

Discover the negative health effect of lead and the elevated risks lead poisoning has on children
Discuss the steps you can take to reduce exposure for the young children in your care
Learn how to inspect for lead in your environment and how to address sources of lead on a monthly basis
Gain the knowledge to teach parents about lead poisoning and encourage them to have their children screened

This Lead Poisoning Prevention (LPP) training is EMS approved and meets the requirements for new child care licenses issued on or after July 1, 2020.

Participants will receive a certificate
