Whether we realize it or not, children are very aware of the happenings in the world around us. When faced with sensitive situations, it might seem easier to not address such topics with young children. Often, however, that desire comes from not fully knowing what to say or how to say it. This training will explore strategies for appropriately talking to young children about race and other sensitive topics.
