Enrichment Program and Empowered Learning inquiry/application

Please use this form if you are interested in the ASES Enrichment Program or the Empowered Learning program. NOTE: Submitting this form is not approval to begin care. You must first speak with an enrollment staff person.

 

If the school has an opening, the parent/guardian will be given further instructions as to where and when to fill out an application for enrollment. If enrollment is full, the student(s) will be placed on a waiting list, and the parents/guardians will be notified when an opening is available.
