I just completed several webinars this morning and then I knew that I had a zoo meeting with my team later so I knew I would work 5 hours today so I needed to take a lunch so I started my lunch at 10 a.m. but I write to punch in for my lunch so I'm going to go in now to punch out my lunch to stop my lunch and I'm going to show you how to do that so I'm looking at the main screen and I'm going to push the button punch towards the top now it's by punch type is suggesting that I clock out because I'm currently clocked in so I'm going to touch the word clock out and it will take me to the screen where I can choose what kind of punch it is now it should have been start lunch but I forgot to do that so I'm going to end lunch but I need write a note to my supervisor so that she can I edit my punch because I'm missing a punch for starting my lunch so next to the line ad it's on the right there's an arrow I'm pushing the arrow and I can add a note to my supervisor this note is going to stay attached to my timesheet so this is going to tell my supervisor what hours I worked I started lunch at 10 but forgot the punch my time I hit done and it brought me back this menu so now my punch type is end lunch my note tells my supervisor that I need to have a punch added that says start lunch but I have not ended my lunch yet because I have no push submit so in the top corner I'm going to go up and add submit and now my punches updated if I go to my timesheet I can see entire week and I can see that I am missing two punches now today I started work at 5:57 and I missed a punch for punching out to lunch and then I punched back in at 10:34 and I missing a punch for the end of the day because the end of the day has not come yet so when I go in later I will punch out or clock out if my supervisor has read my no she may already have made the fix for putting me out or putting me into my lunch break at 10 if she hasn't looked at yet when I end my day I will still have punch
