This is an English Workshop. Please do not bring children. The term “self-regulation” is used to refer to a range of characteristics and abilities. A child with self -regulatory skills has flexible attention, inhibitory control and working memory. These children are better able to control their emotions and manage their thinking, behavior and feelings. Self-regulation is the foundation of our social emotional development, learning and collaborative success. In this workshop you will understand what self-regulation is and how it is important. You will also learn and experience activities that help you self-regulate, as well as activities that help children self-regulate so that they are better able to learn.
No children please
