Working with Challenging People In both our personal and professional lives, we interact with many types of people. Some we develop effective positive relationships and others are a bit more challenging to work with. This workshop is designed to assist participants working with challenging people. Information will be provided in developing effective communication skills, responding proactively and understanding levels of maturity. Participants will gain insights that will be of immediate, practical use in their everyday working life, regardless of their personal approach and educational background.
