This training will provide participants with the ability to recognize stress, learn how to manage it, and develop individual plans to find a “balance” through proven stress reduction techniques. This training will incorporate techniques to practice on your own. The training will motivate participants to be open to experiencing sensory driven techniques throughout the training.
