About the Training:
This training builds on the concept of trauma-informed care as it helps providers identify trauma behaviors
in young children. Providers will learn about explicit and implicit memories as well as normal stress
responses in children. Specific examples of dysregulated behaviors will be provided and strategies to
create a safe environment for children will be discussed.
