Having a high level of self-awareness is foundational to building individual leadership and interpersonal skills. This training will provide attendees with an opportunity to develop their self-awareness by exploring the concept of bias. Attendees will walk away from this training with a deeper understanding of what hidden biases are, why it is important to uncover them in the journey of becoming self-aware, and strategies for continuing the exploration after the training.
