Options for Learning at San Gabriel Unified School District

Free, low-cost, and affordable preschool and TK support for ages 3-5 and before- and after-school programs for grades TK-5

Options for Learning is proud to partner with San Gabriel Unified School District to offer the following programs. To learn more or to apply, please contact us, and an intake specialist will help determine your eligibility and review available options.

Children having fun in early learning programs

EARLY LEARNING (PRESCHOOL AND SUPPORT FOR TK-AGE CHILDREN; AGES 3-5)

  • Full-day, full-year center- and home-based programs;
  • Free or low-cost services for qualified families who are working, seeking employment, attending vocational training, or enrolled in educational programs, or are homeless, incapacitated, or seeking permanent housing, as well as children in child protective services or at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

SCHOOL-AGE (GRADES TK-5)

  • Before- and after-school sessions offered during the school year and year-round;
  • Before-school sessions are available as early as 6:30 a.m.; after-school programs conclude at 6 p.m.
  • Free or low-cost services for qualified families who are working, seeking employment, attending vocational training, or enrolled in educational programs, or are homeless, incapacitated, or seeking permanent housing, as well as children in child protective services or at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation;
  • Full-pay option available.
