Free, low-cost, and affordable infant/toddler and preschool programs

Options for Learning is proud to partner with West Covina Unified School District to offer the following programs. To learn more or to apply, please contact us, and an intake specialist will be happy to help determine your eligibility and review available options.

Children having fun in early learning programs

EARLY LEARNING (INFANT/TODDLER AND PRESCHOOL; AGES 0-5)

Infant and toddler programs

  • Serving ages 0-2 and expectant mothers;
  • Full-day (until 3:30 p.m. for infants), full-year center- and home-based programs;
  • Free or low-cost services for qualified families who are working, seeking employment, attending vocational training, or enrolled in educational programs, or are homeless, incapacitated, or seeking permanent housing, as well as children in child protective services or at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

Preschool program

  • Serving ages 3-5;
  • Full-day, full-year center- and home-based program;
  • Support for TK-age children;
  • Free or low-cost services for qualified families who are working, seeking employment, attending vocational training, or enrolled in educational programs, or are homeless, incapacitated, or seeking permanent housing, as well as children in child protective services or at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

  • Willowood, 2021 Alwood St. (preschool)
